February Wrap-up

We were honored to have Congressman Gerald Connolly as our featured speaker in February. He shared his perspectives on the economy, the stimulus package ("We did the right thing"), employment, real estate, trends, votes, health care and more. Representative Connolly believes firmly that local government must operate with a balanced budget. He supports free trade, bi-partisanship with teeth, and does not support term limits as it empowers lobbyists and creates a lame duck atmosphere before the hard work is done.
