How does your business serve the Haymarket-Gainesville community?
We are actively involved in numerous sponsorships, partnerships, and activities as well as supporting HGBA, Chambers, schools, church and youth groups.

Every day is a wonderful experience — helping and serving our community
What do you want people to know about your company that you think they do not know? We are the Local Northern VA GEICO Office. Many people do not realize that GEICO Has local offices. My mission is to support our Military, Federal employees and civilian community.
How is your company different?
Steph, Lori and me!! We are GEICO in the community. The GECKO, great rates and service.
Have you had an experience in business that you wish you could redo differently?
I would retired from the printing industry earlier and started my GEICO office
What are the top 3 business tips & tricks or lessons learned you can offer other business owners & professionals?
1. Manage and control your business. No one cares as much as you and family.
2. Do not keep employees who don’t produce or care for the customer. Those only working for paychecks are worthless (and that encompasses many).
3. Know what you know and where to find what you don’t.
Working with HGBA How have you been involved with HGBA?
Attend our meetings, support members and promote membership, and be an active community sponsor.
In addition to networking, what are the primary benefits of being an HGBA member? Community involvement. Knowing what is important to those within our community and attempting to be a part of the solution
If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live?
We’re here!!
If you could choose a superpower, would it be:
a) Invisibility
b) The ability to fly
c) X-ray vision
d) Walk through walls
e) Grant another person 3 wishes—but I would be very careful with my selections!!!!
What do you want to be known for?
“Trying” to be as compassionate, giving as I can in all aspects of my Life. Realizing the world I live is in a lot bigger than me!!”
What is your favorite take-out food?
Every local Restaurant…depends on our culinary mood!! We try to patronize all of our locally owned restaurants..We are a family business and want to support our neighbors.
